High School Athletics Registration in Online
Based on community feedback, FCPS has gone paperless and is proud to release its new online registration for athletic teams. Parents/Guardians should follow these steps:
- Go to www.fcps.org
- Click on Athletics on the lower left hand column under “Quick Links”
- Click on “Online Athletic Team Registration” at the top of the page
- Here Parents/Guardians will be able to create an account for their student(s)
Important Notes:
- Parents/Guardians will only be able to register their student(s) for fall athletic teams at this time. Winter and spring registration will open up as we get closer to those Athletic Seasons. However, all information will be saved from one season to the next.
- Parents/Guardians may choose to upload the required Physical Examination Form with this new system, but this is not required. However, if parents/guardians choose not to upload the Physical Examination Form , a hard copy must be turned into the head coach prior to or on the first try-out or practice. Contacting the head coach prior to tryouts/first day is strongly recommended.
- Parents/Guardians will not be able to pay the $93.00 Athletic Fee on this new site. Payment will be requested after the athletic teams are chosen, and all online payments are processed through FCPS’ School Cash Online system. For more information, click on Athletic Fees.
- Registering a student does not guarantee that the student will be selected for the team.
